Golden Dreams Become a Reality in Girona, Spain

I recently wrote an article profiling Michele and Stanton Cohen, two retirees who decided to take the plunge and move abroad to Girona, Spain.

They live on the town’s main road — a historic street that was once the primary Roman corridor connecting the Iberian Peninsula to the rest of Europe.

Great article, and I know a few people who think about doing this when they get closer to retirement age and if they it location is everything – it needs to be beautiful, relatively inexpensive, and then perhaps most important of interest. Girona, Spain sounds perfect, well done, Shawn.

Thanks, Randall! Tricia and I have not visited Girona, yet. However, the Cohens have certainly put it on the map for us. Hope all is well with you!
